1. Return & Refund Window

You can return or request a refund within 7 days (1 week) of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return/refund:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Product must be in resalable condition

  • Return request must include proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation)

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photo evidence

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Personal items like innerwear or hygiene-related products

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be provided through bank transfer or wallet credit

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • In case of defective/damaged products, we may arrange pickup or reimburse shipping charges (upon proof).

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchange only for size or color (if available in stock). Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days.
